Located downtown Rivière-du-Loup and opened in March 2012, the microbrewery Aux Fous Brassant is a must to visit! Their mission is simple, to offer quality beers made with Québec ingredients in a cozy atmosphere. The brewery also offers a bistro-style menu which focuses on local products, as well as a wide musical and cultural programme including exhibitions of local artists. Meals are served in the lounge or on the terrace.
