Luggage transport service

The cost is based on the number of pieces of luggage (price/day taxes included) for a distance of 75 km or less (see applicable conditions). If the travel (by car) between two establishments exceeds 75 km, additional fees will be added to the price displayed in the table above: ($1.75 for each additional km).

Whether you’re traveling alone, with family, or in a group, fully enjoy your cycling vacation by traveling light. Let our team take care of transporting your luggage from one establishment to another with ease and security. This service is available regardless of the type of accommodations. We can also deliver to the residence of an acquaintance (See applicable conditions).

Baggage collection starts at 9 am, and delivery is guaranteed before 4 pm.

We serve the following cycling routes and regions:

• The St. Lawrence by Bike (Toronto – Matane)
• Véloroute gourmande ( Montreal – Sherbrooke)
• Tourist region of Montérégie
• Tourist region of Centre-du-Québec

Terms and conditions applicable to luggage transport

• A piece of luggage must weigh less than 20 kg (44 lbs). An additional charge will be applied for any luggage exceeding 20 kg;
• Luggage must be clearly identified with a luggage tag (name and name of the person responsible for the reservation);
• Since we cannot specify the exact time of our courier’s arrival and to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient transportation, please verify before your reservation that each of your establishments has a reception service open between 9 am and 4 pm. The presence of a responsible person from the establishment is necessary for the luggage to be deposited and collected;

Voyager à vélo Inc. provides luggage transfer services between establishments.

When booking your accommodations, please inform them that your luggage will be handled or delivered in your absence by the company Voyager à vélo Inc.

Luggage handling starts at 9:00 am and delivery is guaranteed before 4:00 pm.

Special arrangements can be made for transfers from a different location (train station, parking lot, private residence…) where pick-up or delivery must occur at a specific time. Special rates will apply depending on the nature of the request. Please contact us for more information.
