Your technical mission: The artisan of reliability
Once the travelers are on their way, the workshop becomes your space. Every bike that comes back is treated with the utmost care. For you, a clean, well-oiled bike with precise brakes isn’t a detail; it’s a promise of safety and enjoyment. You meticulously follow our preparation checklist because you know that every bolt you tighten directly contributes to the success of our clients’ vacation. You are the unsung hero who ensures that the only thing they’ll think about is the beauty of the landscape.
The position in detail

Your main responsibilities:
* Welcome and Customer Service: Warmly welcome cycling tourists, handle their luggage, adjust their bikes, and provide them with all the necessary explanations and instructions for a confident start.
* Preparation and Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and perform rigorous preventive maintenance on every bike in our fleet to ensure impeccable reliability and presentation.
The profile we’re looking for:
* Perfectly bilingual (French and English), essential for communicating with our international clientele.
* Excellent customer service skills; you are patient, a good teacher, and you genuinely enjoy human interaction.
* Solid knowledge of bike mechanics.
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and meticulous attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and great team spirit.
* Asset: A good knowledge of the Montreal area’s cycling routes.
