To start, we are looking to hire a front desk and bike maintenance agent.
We’re seeking a positive, resourceful person who enjoys working with customers and has solid knowledge of bike mechanics, as well as a good understanding of cycle tourism in Montreal.
This person will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to cyclists and ensuring that every rental bike is perfectly tuned for a memorable experience.
As the first point of contact for our cycling guests, the front desk agent is the ambassador of their adventure. The role requires a balance of hospitality and technical precision to ensure every client hits the road with a flawless bike.
Location: Montreal (Central Station area)
Duration: 32-week contract (late April to late October)
Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week), shifts between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. depending on departures
Languages: Bilingual (French/English) required
Bike mechanics: Adjustments, brakes, and general maintenance
Customer service: Excellent people skills and energy

Our service area is extensive, stretching from Matane to Niagara.
